Donut day today. I went downstream and shrimp pots full of dead shrimp and redclaw. There was lots of bubbles coming to the surface and I think it may be due to rotting vegetation and subsequent low oxygen levels causing the shrimp to die . Water still very murky with visibility only around one foot. Only bonus was Dino and Ross told me where some of my pots were in a bay past the tree with the floats . I managed to retrieve 2 pots and 2 floats where I had to cut the rope as the ropes were tangled in debris. The debris is 2 to 3 feet deep in places.

It is a shame you didn't get any fish Ray. I hope NPD clears up soon and the bass start biting again.

Lets hope we don't get a fish kill... Many rivers like the Richmond copped it due to the low oxygen.
