Wheeless for 30days.

Blew the clutch out of the Patrol 30 days ago.

Couldn't get it into a workshop for 2 weeks so  had a bit of waiting to do,

got them to do front wheel bearings and electrical brake wiring for my new trailer

while in there, the brake controller that is. Got a lift into the Towers this

arvo to pick it up.

Terrible being without a motor car for a month.

She's all good now though.

I had a problem with my Navara that saw me stranded on the highway on Easter Sunday. Th oil cooler that was replaced in December packed it in and consequently the engine got cooked. New head under warranty claim on the oil cooler manufacturer. Won't see her again until June.

I wanted to take Hamish and Charlie out on the Wednesday afternoon, so had to buy a car quickly and have the auto sparky wire in an Anderson plug for the electric winch Wednesday morning. I could have cancelled fishing but....hang on a sec...no I couldn't cancel fishing. haha

Given just how keen @AUS-BNE-FISHOis, it wouldn’t surprise me if he had offered to hook it up to his bike and pedal it to the ramp, having to let him & Charlie down would’ve been devastating

He might not be your accountant... But it's there's some pretty good accounting skills evident.  The resources were available to avoid disappointing Hamish and Charlie...

Let's be honest though, the thought of not being able to take advantage of a fishing opportunity terrifies Brian...

Hamish, make sure that 1st car is a 4x4 ute dual cab with towbar and anderson plug.

Then cavvy can get a boat to hook on the back.

So you bought a different car, but are also getting the Navara back in June. What is the new/different car and which one (or both) are you keeping in June?  (Sorry, not trying to sound like your wife ..... ).

Haha. I'll be selling the Navara and keeping the Mazda BT50.
