Ray ill be issuing similat lures to my dad and dad in law. I figure trolling hard bodies like that in baroon should give a solid chance at their first bass.

Dan according to Lee the secret to the bigger bass there is trolling deep divers on the deep water between the 2 intake towers.

Angus looks like it is going to be a Gorrie clan gathering.

Ray: Tanya wont be there though. She is fishing the Maroochy River with her sister and mum

Dan: Lee catches big fish deep, but three meters will still put you onto plenty. Put it this way, I have caught multiple bass trolling SX40's and Halco Laser Pro's which are maybe only diving to arounf 1.5-2m. They are usually only the 30cm specimens granted. But all good fun.

Last year or so I have been catching some smaller fish, but before that it was mostly over 40's. Biggest I've caught there was 49cm against the snag at the drop off just north of the power lines.
