queensland hinze 10-02-08

Went out in the arvo for a couple of hours and got three under 30cm under the water tower on spinners. Went to the opposite bank and landed a bass on a heddon tiny torpedo and missed two other hits. Also picked up a toga of about 60cm at ragsies reach but dropped it. Was taken trolling on a manns 5+ (pink,black).

yeah took the pics on my kayak. I use a canon 400d and i have a little tripod that sits nicely up front. put it on timer and smile. I take alot of pics. You can see them here if you wish: www.redbubble.com/people/lettuce

casting into rockwall with straight retrieve. very slow!!

I have a sit on top canyon kayak cheapo from anaconda. It cost about 270 dollars all up with a paddle and a berkley rod holder i put on myself. Does the job for now but eventually I will upgrade. I am interested in the trip mid year Angus, health permitting of course...

Im good. Cant wait to get back out there. I went out again on monday and walked the bank and got two about 30 on soft plastics. I should see you around but give me a buzz if you guys are heading down as I only live about 25 minutes away.
