Normally when I go fishing with John and Graham they bait fish until they run out of sharimp and then we troll etc.

This time I said no bait we are going to use spinnerbaits and troll and I guarantee a feed.

HA.

Went straight up to the place where I cleaned up last week passing some good shows on the sounder and not a fish to be found.

Threw spinnerbaits and jackall typrs to the bank in a couple of likely looking places.

Graham got a 35cm bass on a shimano undurator and John lost his only jackall to the bottom.

Started prospecting and couldnt find any fish on the sounder so we started trolling.

Ended going down past the narrows and only picked up 2 fish on the way.

Could see the earthworks for the quarry for the new dam wall in the distance and they are massive.

Spoke to a couple of yak boys at the ramp and they has a zero catch.

I reckon John and Graham will insist on some shrimp next time.
