Your favourite Ecogear

Hey guys i just hope you guys can take a few seconds here to help me out with a little survey: What is/are your favourite ecogear lures? (model and colours) Cheers! :laugh:

SX40 305 338 caught me bream, bass, flathead, cod, pike, whiting, tailor,

I like these two colours in the 60s as well, usually the 305 for brisbane rivers, 338 in the north n south coast rivers which are much clearer waters.

Only one ive ever used is a sx40307. Caught heaps of bream with it in the river.

no wonder those 307 i hv sell heaps faster than the others lol i hv to say 307 is my very favourite too.

Ecogear SX 48 / 60 sliver gloss

If you include plastics Paramax are sweet. But all time favorite is Sx40 in 308 or the very similar 349.

sx 48 in the clear white colour with the pink nose dont know what colour it is

Sx40 in 305, 307, 308. caught many fish on them but lost them all and haven't been able to afford more:(

not sure on the number but my favourite sx40 is cleary orange colour with black stripes

and favourite ecogear SP is the grass minnow, size M, colour 101

i dont use the sx range but use to use the sp grass minnow a fair for bass and now i have just started to use the vx range for bass too

To be honest all I have used are SX40's and SX60 both of which I like a lot.

I am very keen to give PX's and VX's a go though. Altough with my new Vaults not much point on the VX's.

For SX40's, 307 (yeap, my favourite as well:silly:), 338, 343 and 301 are all really good colours around Brisbane waters (read muddy water:lol:)

It'd be great if you could get your hands on som Px45s. You would sell them instantly if you brought them in aroun $15. I'd buy a heap even though top water fishing should die off in winter.

i've the Duel and Maria lures still and seems no ppl want them i hv no idea why it that, they hv the same features of the sx40s and they look deadly in the water :side:

i didn't get them solely because they have a short and shallow-angle bib which means their action's not as tight as sx40s and they won't dive as quickly as sx40s. i've used bigger versions of this lure( 80mm?) and the action's very realistic. very close to megabass x-80

You'll probably find it was hard to sell them because there's no brand awareness in Aust of Duel and Maria. Sx40s are proven fish catchers so people will pay for them. I reckon if you went and caught a few fish on those lures and started putting up reports with monster bream with a duel or maria hanging out of its mouth all of a sudden we'd all want them,

Yeh i had no idea what a duel maria was, I thought it was some kind of Video Game lol but then i saw sx40 so i presumed it was a lure.

I bought all my Rigge's and Rigge Deep's off them. And they had heaps of other types as well:dry:

I'm not all that big on HB's but when i do use them, sx40's 303,307,309 and in the VX 35's/VX 40's 405 and 439 have worked well
