New Reels for 09 - Steez

Anyone know when this reel should be released? I have no idea when ICAST is and release dates after that.

Probably won't bother you but all the Steez reels are only for fresh water use. Would be perfect for bassin though.

There's also a Zillion 7.3:1 coming out which will be SW safe.

Dan: Thanks for your response. I have seen the High speed zillion.

I plan on picking up a daiwa zillion for barra/cod/jacks and the steez for lighter, bass, yellas, cod, toga fishing. However knowing me I'll probably use the steez for barra too just a heavy and lighter baitcaster outfits.

Seems like ICAST is this month, so hopefully the release isn't too far away (internationally) which would be good - since I need to save a few pennies for the custom rod it will go on as well Thinking GLX at the moment, not 100% sure though. I'm going to keep lee busy - got 4 rods planned

Tackletour was reporting of a 'green reel' being tested by shimano. Hopefully this should be detailed at ICAST. I wonder where abouts on the range it is and how it perform.
