To save me looking up the regs, when is the "bass closed season"?

I was thinking of dragg'n my fat ass into the yak and doing a day paddle up the Albert but somewhere in my worked poluted brain I am thinking it off season for bass.

I suppose I could go bust up some monster carp anyway. Anyone got some spare ac/dc tnt dynomite.

Brian, last day of closed season is Sunday, (1st June to 31st August) so you can take a well deserved day off monday and go!

Now what to do on the weekend? Ummm It might take me 2 days sort out my boats, yaks and gear that have been neglected for the winter.

You can still fish for carp, just put all the bass back, you can't get into trouble for catching bass if you are targeting carp. Wink wink nudge nudge say no more

Yeah as Dino said I to went carp fish in the Albert but didnt catch any carp as the bass wouldnt leave my lure alone..Bummer...
