I went for a quick yak today, in a dam that holds big barra, small barra and some carp and tilaipas or so they say. I didn't find where they hide but not really surprised as it's been raining up here too and the water was crap for fishing so I played with eth flowers.

Good to see ya getting out amongst them mate. I think the unknown fish in the top piccie is a blue Salmon. Waiting for Awoonga reports mate?

THanks Aaron - it is a BS and I think the other is a tarpon. About the awoonga reports - I'm waiting too - waiting until the fish are firing.

blue salmon the one on top and i think the other is a steelback they say the blue salmon pound for pound would pull a king salmon backwards! good report great pics!
