Hey guys.

Easy plan this one.

If its pouring, or looks just generally terrible on Saturday, we will be moving the gathering to the Sherwood Aboretum (where the last swap meet was).

This venue has huge undercover eating areas designed for large gatherings and a huge car park.

Hopefully in not so good weather, annexing one of these will not be a big deal.

This venue still holds all the same attractions (and arguably more) if the weather comes good after the call is made.

This venue as also been chosen for the contingency as for anyone travelling to the original destination, this is really pretty close by in the big picture of things.

Guys and gals, apparantly there are some serious squalls coming in today so we have actioned our wet weather contingency.

To recap.
