queensland Hinze 20/2/11.Plenty for the mincer.

Went to Hinze this morning with Tiab and had a fairly good day.

In between catching plenty of these for the mincer.

We managed to catch around 14 bass.

Either caught 6 tandanus or caught the same one 6 times.

Ran out of bait by 8am so we amused ourselves catching banded grunter on their own flesh for a while and then trolled lures with no result for a couple of hours.

Dont know how Tiab managed to catch any fish every time I looked up he had the camerapointing at me.

nice one ray, sorry wasn't able to say g'day to you at the boat ramp, but was running a bit late, just wanted to get out on the water asap, we got 2 bass 39cm and 32cm on poltergeist and nice thick 60cm toga on kokoda vibe in the upper reaches from the boat ramp

my mate aaron with his first ever toga, he was wrapped

Sorry I didnt recognise you. I kind of get fixated on getting on the water when I arrive at the ramp.

Bet the toga would have cleared away the cobwebs.

Did you see the chooks? I used to hear them at the old ramp but this is the first time that I have ever seen them. Musnt be any foxes around.

Track in is good now that they have filled and graded it also.

Thanks for the day out Ray, always a pleasure mate. It was such a fantastic feeling catchin a bass again after 3 months... It was a short but sweet session!
