soft plastics

hey, just want to get peoples opinions on the best all rounder soft plasics to use for saltwater, thanks

Well my opinion and what I use is Gulp. I always find that I get alot more flatties and that.

i would say my favourite all rounder would be the squidgy wriggler, i find that you can get alot of variety of fish and i have caught many fish on them

4" Gulp minnow in Smelt color is 'old faithful' on flatties for me. I have been using the Damiki soft plastics a lot more lately, better value for money and they catch just as many fish. Anything on the tackle shop wall will work if you fish with light line and the right jighead, and you put the lure where the fish are.

1/8th and 1/16th 2OH should be fine as long as you don't need to get too deep

its going to be a little bit after high tide.. so what would u recomend?

Where are you going? Are you landbased or boating?

the pine river like where the boat ramp is.. in that area, and land based

I was there today and the tide is really ripping through at the moment with the big tides, but I wuias still hitting bottom with 1/8th jig heads. Good luck

depends what your going for really.. i would go the 110mm squidy wriggler in bloodworm.. its really my 'go to' plastic when in need of a fish.. im also a big fan of the armor shades in skin blue and the nature colour ( forgot the name).

i used to only use Gulps, but from the late finding they dont swim anywhere near as well as the wriggler and they dry up.

what are you targeting?
