4.8 M Stessl Trophy Tri-Hull (1998)

This boat has been my pride and joy but with a new baby on the way, it's time to let someone else use it. The list of features is expansive and would suit the fussiest and most particular fisho's.

The boat was rebuilt in 2008, completely blasted, de-oxidined, primed, 2 top coats and then 2 coats of clear. Every wire and every screw was replaced.

List of features-

2011 90 HP Suzuki 4 stroke with 23.7 hours (just had a full service by Suzuki specialist)

Garmin GPSMap 750s Sounder/GPS combo 7" touch screen

Garmin GMi10 digital data gauge (hours, RPM, temp, fuel usage etc.)

Anchor well with drain

Recessed Narva spotlights

Under gunnel led rope light (colour red so not to affect night vision)

Pop up anchor cleats forward and rear

Underfloor kill tank - insulated

110 L fuel capacity (50L and 60L underfloor fuel tanks)

Recessed deck wash

Bilge pump with auto float switch

LED navigation lights

Bimini with cover

Quick release Minn Kota base

Telescopic LED anchor light

BEP flush switch panels

GME stereo (AM/FM/CD/MP3/USB

GME waterproof speakers

Uniden Solara VHF

Live bait tank/Live well (approx 40L)

Dual batteries with battery selector switch

Internal horizontal and vertical rod holders

Rod holders welded into gunnel

Drink holders welded into gunnel (all drink holders fit the larger Styrofoam coolers)

2 tackle tray lockers

Recessed EPIRB compartment and Fire Extinguisher compartment

Removable bait board with shelf drink holders and rocket launchers

Forward lean seat

3 Springfield seats with mounting positions

Dunbier trailer with upgraded heavy duty axle and Light Truck tyres on galvanised 13 in rims

Extendable Draw Bar

Walkway on trailer

LED trailer lights

Full dust proof and stone chip cover (the photo is when it was new in 2009, it is now a bit dustier and slightly worn)

Engine cover

55lb Saltwater Minn Kota Co-pilot is not currently included but could be negotiated if desired.

Plenty of other photos available on request or available to view at Tarragindi (Brisbane).

Apart from the usual marks here and there from being used as a fishing boat should, it's in very good condition. Price is $34,000 - negotiable to see a quick sale, I am downsizing and already committed.

I'd have to check the GPS log for an accurate reading, but off the top of my head it's about 65km/h.

The gull wings take a little off the top speed, but I'm more than happy to forgo the speed for the excellent stability on the move and at rest that they provide

I PM'd you my number Rastus, tell your friend to call me anyway and we can discuss his budget. I hoped it would have sold by now so I'm happy to talk to him.

Thanks, Rhet

After an awesome day out with my young fellow I've decided I would rather use it than sell it, but on the off chance someone wants it this is the last price reduction, and if no sale is forthcoming I'll be happy to remove it off the market.

Now $27,000.

Cheers, Rhet

Did you end up selling this mate? If so what for?

Hi Ferral

I am not sure, but up the top, on the right of the topic title, it says in the little red oval, "SOLD". This would probably indicate it has been sold. I am not sure of the price, but I think it may still be around $27 000. Unfortunately, I doubt you will get a direct response from Rhet, as the last time he visited this forum was in at the very start of 2017. You can find this out from their profile. Hope that helped, and also, welcome to the forum! I hope you like it on here. 🙂

Cheers Hamish
