2013 Summer Classic??

Just wondering if there has been any mention on potential dates for the 2013 Summer Classic on the Noosa.

All going well, I would definitely be keen to come down and fish it again. Had a great time last year

I think I saw Angus say something about late Jan-early Feb? Whenever it is I'm looking forward to it, last one was an absolute hoot and couldn't have been held at a better venue, and just quietly the spit roast was awesome

Thanks for that mate. Ohhh true, you fished it last year mate? I would have fished against ya lol. I got the 2nd biggest flatty and my uncle got the biggest 2 jacks with my cus getting the biggest flatty.Get this, my uncle got those 2 jacks in the last hour of the comp and my cus had barely caught a fish in his life and landed an 83cm croc of a flatty. Couldnt believe it. I have fished hard for the last 20 or so years and my PB to date is 75cm and Chris lands an 83cm after fishing a few times ever, Crazy eh?

Haha yeah I remember, you boys got some solid fish, although now it sounds like your uncle and cus just got lucky . I was there to chase the bass and will do the same at the next one, slightly different game plan though

This is being discussed with Davo's Compleat Angler at present and will set dates ASAP to give heaps of lead time. Might be a slightly different format than last time but bound to be a great event.

Yeah Woggie they were pretty suspect results, I will be watching you guys very closely to ensure everything is above board and more so close enough to cast in the same spots !!!

Sorry I am still waiting for confirmation from sponsor. As we will be using their venue it is critical to issuing dates.
