Unsure exactly what you are referring to. If it is about the forum category that assists users in using forum, then that is still accessable at - http://www.australianfishing.com.au/forum/afo/forum-help

If you are referring to viewing, writing and submitting articles outside of the forum, these have recently been reorganised and will be unveiled in a few weeks as the site gets a slight makeover to make it easier to use and find information.
