Channel Seven through the 7mate channel, will broadcast live in Australia,ALL matches of the 2013 Rugby League World Cup. 28 games over 22 days played in England and Wales.

There will be a half-hour pre-game show before every Australian game, the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final also replayed on 7mate on Sunday afternoons.

Fourteen teams will contest the tournament: Australia, England, New Zealand, Samoa, Wales, Fiji, France, Papua New Guinea, Ireland, Scotland, Tonga, Cook Islands, Italy and the United States. New Zealand is the defending champion, having defeated Australia in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup final. It is Italy and the United States' first Rugby League World Cup.

The event begins at Millennium Stadium at Cardiff, and culminates with the World Cup Final at Old Trafford at 12.30am AEST on Sunday December 1.

It kicks off this Saturday October 26 at 11.30pm AEST (Qlder Time) with the 1st Group A game, Australia vs the Poms and this is followed by the 1st Group C/D game Wales vs Italy at 1.30am Sun 27th

The Australian team to beat the Poms this Saturday night is: Billy Slater, Brett Morris, Brent Tate, Greg Inglis, Darius Boyd, Johnathan Thurston, Cooper Cronk, Matthew Scott, Cameron Smith ©, James Tamou, Greg Bird, Sam Thaiday, Paul Gallen (vc). Interchange: Robbie Farah, Andrew Fifita, Luke Lewis, Corey Parker, Jarryd Hayne, Nate Myles (two to be omitted).

going by the online TV guide,the telecast starts at 11PM tonight Qlder time.

AH found out they changed it to channel 7 3

What happened to channel 9 why did they miss out

AH now found out they thought it was 7 2

All fixed now be watching it this arvo at 3pm even though I know the score. :woohoo:

By the way I watch foxtel most of the time, all these new channels are not on my TV but will be soon as I noticed a few fishing shows on there.
