Cajun Red Braid, Any good?

Hi guys im after anyones opinions on the cajun red braid, Its about the same price as fireline and im wondering if its anygood.

Has anyone tried it? I remember schultzy talking about the cajun lines but im not sure wether it was the leader or braid.

I picked up so 50lb cajun at bcf $29 for 100m only used it a few times but so far no problems ,quite supple and soft.

mate i've been using 20lb red cajun for about 4 months and so far it seems ok-ish. my only concern is that i don't think knot strength is up to that of some other braids however it hasn't been a problem as yet. it's a very fine, as in thin braid. it fades out to a very light pink in no time at all, so if it's the colour red you're interested in forget it. i would and will buy more. hope this helps mate.

K im interested in the 20lb 300 metres for $50 I might just pay $12 more tuffline

Tuffline XP is good I run 50lb on one of my overheads. Only problem is if you don't have a level wind overhead reel it is very sharp on the fingers and isn't the thinnest line for its strength. Its strength is probably significantly underrated though.

i just spooled my BC with old spiderwire ready for next trip and thought id check out their new stuff.

their spiderwire ultarcast invisi braid is sposed to be really good but i think its a bit expensive

I'm running 20lb Cajun Braid on my tuna spinning outfit and 30lb on one of my barra rods. No problems with it after 12 months of abuse.

Haven't had a knot fail either. It is a nice fine, limp braid, great for both plug and spinning reels.
