Bargain at Tackleware House

Hey all

Went to tackleware house yesterday after mackattack told me of some absolute steals in the bargain bins. Went there just before i started work and picked up an Ecogear Freshwater VT 65 SP for $10 (usually $26) and an Ecogear Premium VT 55 SP also for $10 (usually $21). Hope to try them out some time this weekend.

Also they have smith Reverts (basically a cherry blood but dives slightly deeper) from $22 down to $10. They're a gun jack lure.

nice one mate it was a hard pick between the 2 when they where sitting side by side. i would advise to pay the couple bucks and grab another set of handles to put on the side for ease of moving it around when there is just yourself. other then that jump on and have fun.

I did some bait casting practice with one of my new VT65s today and snagged it:angry: . Really nice lures too great action and cast beautifully even into wind. It's ok I have 4 left and I'll buy some more tomorrow.

Yeah they look like a well balanced lure .. i think that the thready's that are on the fishing videos that pinkey posted were caught on the VT 65's

i got quite a few bass on them last winter. 65's a joy to use

I LOOOVE going into fishing stores and getting bargans evan the local big W has some rippers, the other day i got a packet of 3inch powerbait for around $5, pack of 50mm Squidge fish for around $5, A G vib for $3.95 or somthing, and a packet of 10 Berkly 1/8 jigheads for like $4.50 or somthing

big w at booval currently has its whole range of berkley sp's marked down to $6.48 a packet and all the nitro and powerjig jigheads are marked down as well, all thier hardbodys marked down too
