sp reel

After buying a penn affinity 1000 reel and shimano raider 7'6 bream rod for $150 to use as my first sp combo, im very pleased with the rod but im looking to upgrade the reel to a more mid range spin reel.

My budget is about $250 to $300 and i would like a reel in the 2500 size, it will be used for bream, flathead, bass, and anything else that will hit a plastic.

Any recomendations are appreciated.

I'd definately get a Twin Power 1000FB. 1000's handle smaller fish like Bass and Bream with eas if that's what your targeting. Plus they are cheaper then larger sizes available. I personally don't like the Daiwa SOL 2000 but others would say this is a good choice. Both reels are right on the $300 mark.

Has some good buys, Ray has picked up one from them and it is a nice reel. The prices there work out about $100 Australian at your door.
