queensland Spinaker Sound last night

Putting this up to embarass Ferg!

Ferg took his other half - Vicki - down to the marina (Spinaker Sound) for a spot of handlining off the jetty.

They were getting lots of bites, a lot of small stuff,not much of interest.

Then Ferg hears Vicki say, this feels a bit better, he turns around and shines the torch down below the Jetty to see Vicki has a 40cm Mangrove Jack dangling on the end of the Handline just out of the water! According to my source, Ferg was then apparently shouting pull it in pull it in and waving his arms around in a most undignified manner!

Then to top it off 10 minutes later Vicki pulls in an estuary Cod only slightly smaller.

That sort of thing happens to me all the time..

Good on ya Vicki, sucks to be Ferg though:P I guess he can claim that he organised the trip/bait and she used his technique. Its been done before:whistle:
