Bass were bitin!

Well had a big day at work so wat better way to unwind than a spot af bassin :woohoo: .Off I went with couple of good mates (Carlton mids) and went to a local haunt. Got there about 4.30 and started off with a popper, no luck after about 15mins so tried about 6 others without luck, meanwhile Conrad (bmxdirtjumpa) had scored a nice bass on a popper nice work dude :ta: . So as a last resort I changed to a good old SX40 and wouldnt ya not it all hell broke loose :woohoo: . About my 5th cast bang zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i was hooked up to a goodie :woohoo: and sure enough up came a bass of 52cm. All up I got 8 bass and Conrad got 4 i think.

Kiwi, thats a nice bass mate, what do you think the battle scars are from??, do they have freshwater lice like saltwater fish do?

Not to sure on the lice thing mate but he did try to do me in some snags so maybe he did the damage then

There were 8 guys fishin there this arv Rod so its gettin a thrashin mate. Good thing theres plenty of hungry bass in there mate, Devster even got a yella this arv.

The bass are really firing at the moment.Considering dropping the yak Saturday morning either locally or NPD or even down the road from NPD.Well done once again.

i noticed over in wivenhoe alot of the stripped grunters had a pussey infection, it would be a shame if it got into north pine dam
