resolved mobile chat problem

I can't seem to use the chat feature on my HTC incredible S while using mobile mode it seems to work fine on desktop mode . Anyone else had this problem or got a fix for it please.I like using in mobile mode but don't want to look ignorant if someone tries to chat and I don't answer.

I have no idea how to fix this problem but I thought I'd at least reply so you didn't think I was being ignorant :silly:

Chat is disabled on mobile devices (as it doesn't display properly on these devices).

Chat feature is only availabe on desktop versions, although that is a valid point to address regarding being online but not being able to respond on chat if someone instigates a chat conversation with you.

Is this for all mobile devices or just iPhone? It appears on my xperia x10 and is quite intrusive so would be great if it was disabled on Android as well. But it would be nice if there was some way of responding while you are browsing on your phone.
