Hey guys does anybody know when this is going to hit our shores. Their is a number of threads on fishnet and ausfish saying that it is meant to be here by now. I really like the idea of it as you can recharge your old gulps in it and while ure fishing. It works out about the same price as packets. Their is 2 sizes of buckets.

Here is a forum in America. Some good info here.;)

They don't have any of the good stuff yet, except 2\" Shrimp in Molting. Here's the link. No more bent tails. I think you only get something like 25 Shrimp in a $27 tub.

They are also having particular Gulps of sale for $7.15 and under and TT Lures Jigheads for $5.85 a pack which is unbeatable ;) .

Mate BCF Ipswich has the new GULP! buckets your after :) i know this because today some brat kid opened one and dropped it all over the floor...nothing beats mopping up that crap lol but yea the buckets are $29.95, you get approx. 3 times the amount of plastics you get in a normal pack hence the 3x norm price... we currently have 15cm sandworm, a stack of shrimp in various sizes and colurs, peeler crabs, minnows and pogys. they are located on the one of the end bays within the soft plastic area.

hope that was some help ;)

cheers

Fisher: You do realise it's $10 for how ever much you order don't you? Not $10 per item. When I order from Mo or any other internet site I spend around $100 and it ends up being really cheap, even with the postage.

Dan23: It's because you aren't zipping the pack up properly. If it's not air tight they will shrivel up in a few hours. Gulp! are different to other plastics and are biodegradable. If they dry out, put a bit of water and tuna oil in the pack an reseal it and they absorb the moisture within a few days, though they won't be as soft as they originally were.

Oh I see.

I got an email back from Berkely about storing the packet gulps in the liquid too and the official reply back was 'only if they have not been used'

Go figure seeing as they are spruiking this stuff as being a rehydration liquid???

mate i reckon they only say that so they dry out and you have to buy more

i put them back in the bag it came in after use, but then i.ve caught very little on them
