At least the second bloke is wearing glove. Man, it would be good to be that quick, but I guess if you do it hundreds of times a day you would be fast.

I'd like to see him do a 26 cm bream too. Very very sharp knives make all the difference too. My old man gave me some knife sharpening gear last year after having to sharpen my knives from poor state. I trust dads sharpening more than mine though, there's something about a Vietnam vet who enjoys collecting and sharpening old knives and axes while watching the trots up the shed that gives your knives that something special :woohoo:
