Is it legal to take moon snail as bait in Moreton bay?

My fellow fisho,

While I was working hard pumping  yabbie I saw these lazy moon snails lying on the beach. I wonder if I am allowed to collect some and use them for fishing on the beach? 

It is a no take on fisheries website, but I am not sure if it's only forbidden to take home.

I don't really know what lazy moon snails are @ubnt, but I reckon it's safe to say that if collecting these for bait is prohibited by fisheries, then it's not allowed.

Fun fact: I heard on the radio last week that those clear jellyfish looking things that look like a small bent cigar and wash up on the beach are actually sea snail egg casings.

Yes, those jelly  are eggs of moon snail actually. Fun fact 2 is the moon snail actually eat  crabs and etc.
