Snapper Point Friday.

Arrived just after Sunrise. Hoping to beat the School Holiday rush.

Tailor first up. Released.

Ended up with one nice Snapper ( Puppy will be happy ) 

Went quite for a while. Changed to lures & landed two bonito.

About to leave & the reel went off the planet.

On the other end after a fight was a large blue groper, he wasn't happy. Released to fight another day.

Bait was fresh squid & lures.

@FishingCrazyGroper was about 32cm. I thought Kingies were bad. These Gropers really get agro.
