Dear AFO,

Well the Damiki Lures were not a delayed as expected.

They arrived friday. The few orders that have already been made were express posted friday and should arrive Monday the 7th of April.

Cheers guys.

Picture: Check out the Damiki Vault compared to a 50c coin. For those out there that are aware of the success of the Eco Gear VX range these should be an exciting product.

Malcolm: Well mate the Damiki's are yet to be tested, but I have high hopes for the DC's trolling and Vaults casting for Bass.

With the Strike Kings, the Bleeding pro model crank baits are proven winners on bass, and at Hinze Dam no less. The red eye shads have also caught some good bass and a couple on the Mini Buzz baits as well.

There are quite a few good looking lures as well like the Spence Scout, but these are just quite untested and thus far I can give much feedback.

excellent guys. I cant wait to hear the reports on how well they do. The 3 holes i beleive are as angus stated, for depth s they change the angle that the head of the lure faces on a retreive. i suspect that this would also alter the vibration level as well. i hope to get to test them this week sometime.

Are they the MU-45'S? If so do they come with the single hooks or the treble hooks? In the shop the picture has single hooks.

Hey mate, there are two MU's. I think one model has singles the other trebles.

If Zim Man doesnt clarify sooner ill get back to this question as soon as I get home and see my purchases!

They look great, the vaults I might change the twin hooks to trebles but the mu-45 and mu-sp I am keen to try I will christen them this weekend at the bass electric at Macdonald but its going to be tuff since the water going over, there has not been a good report yet so hopefully these lures make the difference for me.

Yeah good luck Stu i think u will need it, I was talking to Mal at sunstate Hobie (he lives across the road form the dam) and apparently like you said there has not been any good number of fish caught since the flooding. no big fish either. But I have heard from a couple of reliable sources that the bass that went over the wall (loads of big boys) and a number of cod have been caught around the six mile creek juction with the Mary, Im thinking of heading up with the yak for a crack at them
