isnt it good to see young snappers getting involved. I dunno whether i buy them all the time, as i make my own traces. but i will buy a few to get them going. also is there any pics of them? And how much? Also 1tonne breaking strain shit thats a bit over the top, u could easy get away with under 400lb, they use 300lb for makos, when it comes to shark fishing anything over 400lb is an over kill for brisbane and moreton bay sharks of all sizes. Gordon McDonald at tackle wharehosue was saying u can easy use 250lb wire for moreton bay tigers. if u can do me up 10 shark rigs with 250lb line i'll buy them off you.

hey thx 4 the post dave, lol your right, 1 tonne breaking streign is a bit over the top, we can do it in 300 kg traces which are smaller and are plastic coated which doesnt scare of the bullies, the only bad thing is after you catch your first shark it can shread the plastic a bit. is 300 kg still 2 heavy?

we were talking about the Wellington Point peir.

Out some big shark baits out as thre are some serious sharks there.

Bronzies, Tigers, Bullies and Hammers.

Do that before it gets dark!

And while we are waiting for tehm, we can fish for the large bream that are coming into the bay now as well as Squid, Tailor and Squire.

There are also flounder and flatties. Sounds like Melbourne Fishing!

But yeah dont keep responding to this here as its the wrong topic. I will post a detailed discription in the Events tab.
