hello.

up for sale is this little beauty!

she's a custom 15ft fiberglass boat built by berwood boat builders and called a berwood rova custom!

as most of you know i buy and refubish older boats for resale!

i was going to wait untill i return from nz to sell this boat but i thaught i would offer it to afo members before it goes on the market!

i have done a fair bit of work on it ova the last few weeks so there is nothing to do to it and nothing to spend!

it is registed and seaworthey and trailor is in great general condition and RWC!

work done!

floor was done 2yrs ago!

transum was done at the same time! (both done by profesional)

work done by me!

clean intirior

repaint intirior

carpet intirior

clean up wireing

rub hull,cutt/polish hull, buff hull, wax restore hull.

repeat on cabbin section!

repair fuel pump diaphram

remove and service carbies

syncronise carbies

set idle and ign timing

and fiddle with stuff ect

work to do!

repaint inside of cannopy

remove old aux engine brackett

clean cannopy and clears

fish fish and fish some more!

boat is has and comes with!

15ft berwood custom rova half cabbin with a 60hp mercury hard top cannopy and side clears!

has new steering helm cost $700, new carpet, fish finder, forwerd controls, trim and tilt, solid bait board, 4x rod holders, newish swivel seats, 25ltr plastic fuel tank and long range 60ltr stainless tank, trailer is a 98 model custom built with good rollers and a eletric winch!!!

boat runns great! does approx 40-60kms on the water, was told it was a 60 or 70 hp by springwood marine but had a diff cowling on it!

boat comes with rego ,5x life vests, flares, v sheet, ores, fire ext and all you will need to hit the water safely!

asking price is $3700 ONO for afo members

will advertise for $4200 if it doesnt sell here.

It does look like value for monay, I'm thinking hard about it. I'm in the middle of doing reno's to my house and a new 6x6 double garage (getting delivered today)

choice to make... oven or boat ;)

motor is great! come and check it out for yourself! all inspections are welcomed!

compression is at 145psi in all 3 potts! and i just serviced the carbs and replaced the fuel pump!

all nutts and bolts are in great condition and are not all rusty!

trim and tilt still works great! cables and controls are good!

looks like it has recently had a new powerpack and coils fitted aswell!

what more could you ask for for $3700!:huh:

i would not sell this motor if i thaught i was iffy! i am a mechanic!

im in no hurry to sell it and its not like i need the money!

it will sell as soon as i put it on ebay when i get back, if it doesnt sell here!

aussie now- we had a great time and have ova 400 pics to remember it!

i caught a few new speicies ova there and got pics too so i will post a report in the next few days when i get ova my beer/jet lag!

In your auction description you state that you paid $4,500 a year ago for it. But you've been asking $3,500 on here or $4,200 buy it now on ebay. No profit in that:huh: unless you told a little white lie on the ebay add:dry:

Like I said I'm not having a go, I'm just interested in whats happening with it, considering I'm winning the bidding at the moment.:P

Oh and I'm calling dibs on this one fellas;)
