going stir crazy - worth heading out??

ok, so i did the "superdad" thing today, and i feel a real need to bend a rod. given the wind, is it worth heading out from cleveland in the morning for a qiuckie???

Why not try the river mouth?

So much bait around the river mouth atm! Heard people catching Mac tuna in the river as far up as the boat passage. Also plenty of tailor around smashing the schools of whitebait, along with plenty of bream, some squire, flattys ect, Still a chance of a thready to.

If you put in at Port of Brisbane ramp you'll be able to check the bay. If it's not great you could stick to the river.
