Biting off more than you can chew

Did anyone else see this e-mail around.

Apparently a bloke was down Port Macquarie and wondered why a basketball was popping all around on the surface. On closer inspection this bl**dy big Catty had tried to chow down on the basketball and it had got stuck in it's gob. They ended up piercing the ball to free the catty.

I also received the email quite awhile ago. The email also said it was from somewhere in America aswell. Also I don't think the water in Lake MacQuarie could ever get that merky and the Catfish doesn't look very Fork, Salmon or Eel Tailed Catfish like. Looks like one of those over grown Flathead Catfish they noodle for. It doesn't look very photoshoped if it is!

Yeah i also saw it and was told it was from America. Its been around the fishing websites like 20 times.

It does look like a Flathead Catfish to me which are found in the Southern States of America.

Yeah i have seen that....Still got it in my inbox. Dont care where it is from it 's still bloody funny. Damn thing must have been absolutely spent! Dont catty's normally hang round on the bottom?...Strange for it to be close enough to the surface to spot a basketball.
