Red Claw Awesome Pasta.

Cheers again Ray. The red claw cooked up a treat.

I would be amazed to see what a good day on the red claw is as Boydy and I split ours 50/50.

Johnny's mum got a bunch which she loved and my dad took some home!! Plenty to go around!!

Anyway here is a photo of the CLAW.

The shelled pieces went into both my pasta and to Johnny's mum.

The bit still in the shell went to my dad.

This photo shows the careful blending of:

Garlic

Chilli

Chives

Salt

Pepper

Cream

Diced Tomato's

Olive Oil

Butter

And of course... Red Claw

As per the last Pasta recipe I posted, I always mix the cooked pasta into the sauce in the heated pan. To repete what I said last time, the noodles absorb way more flavour this way and its just all roind better.

This applies for any pasta.

Goes equally well with a nice NZ Pinot Noir, or a Tsing Tao beer from China.
