queensland Big W 27th 8th

Scored a few nice bass at Big W this morning, couple over 50cm but no whoppers. Went for a cruise up to end of billies bay, seen plenty of fish on the sounder, most were in ones and two's. Ran out of time to go out into the open waters looking for schools, maybe next time. Bass were taken on deep dawia's, brolga's and a custom craft deep diver. Also one big cattie took a brolga as well. Bruce had his second donut in a row.

Hey dino is it worth throwing poppers amongst the lilly pads at Lake karwongba? Ive seen a few surface hits there. I take it its stocked with bass and yellas?

Rocket Bruce had the same lures on as me as they were mine, maybe a slightly different colour might of been his downfall ha ha. But if they wish they can purchase the same as me.

Great effort with the bass dino, it's encouraging to see people starting to pick up consistent fish down around Billies. I'll be there early tomorrow morning to try my luck
