Went for a exploring trip upstream this morning and picked up a new PB, biggest tillie on s/bait so far,and it will be awhile before I venture back up there as that was it for the session with 2 of us fishing. Nice area but no fish interested.

:S ....and here I was expecting to open the thread and see some monster bass or yella, as we all know a Dino PB will be an exceptional fish !! You're a teaser Dino, but well done getting rid of the tilly (and on a spinnerbait too !). :laugh:

Whiskers it was about 38cm and about 3lb

Brian I have got a couple on s/bait and jagged a few also on s/bait

I have heard that they are supposed to be good to eat???? Have you ever closed your eyes and pinched your nostrils and tried one? I'm not sure if I could do it. Same with forktail catties some people tell me they are OK but I just can't get past the slime.

No Toga up there Dino? Bit disappointing that none seem to show up in that place despite them being stocked... Guess it's the same with the MRC though.

Steve I have got a few on s/baits over the years that have attacked it.

Chris yes I was after a togar, I have only got 2 from out there and they were both from forgans area.
