Carp fishing, what works?

Hey all, was wondering if anyone could give some handy hints on carp fishing and what they have found to work? Any partitular plastics? What color plastics ? or other baits!

Mate i wouldnt use plastics for carp. i have heard of corn of all things. but probably bread or just random things they are pests and will eat anything usually

berley the area u r gonna fish with rice or any grain everyday.

around a week later, berley and wait for like 10mins, use a 2 or 4lb line with float. bait is what u use for berley.

a good catch is guaranteed.

BTW, carp fishing is far more popular than any other sort of fishing in CHINA and i used to be really really keen on it.

Yep corn in the go but i use a patanoster rig weighted to suit current or flow get a plastic spoon and catipult some corn near where you intend to fish :whistle:

Fly fishing works too when they are on the surface
