boat stuck on rocks

is it just me, or does this look like shag rock the boat is stuck on with tugga rock in the back ground

It is somewere in NSW it is on the cover on the marine rescue mag down there, i got a copy from the boat show in ballina 2 weeks ago. Rough outline, hit the rocks didnt wanna get off his boat so they left him till the next day when the recovered the boat. Hit the rocks wide open, ended up with deep cuts and concussion.
