So , can someone shed some light on the best ramps to use and safest ramp to leave the car and trailer for a night or over night fish?

Colmslie ramp is usually pretty good. That is also where the presentation and sausage sizzles etc will be.

Port of Brisbane is OK too but have heard of car damage there. It is the closest ramp to the mouth area.
