I think i would rather eat nile perch out of a fish and chip shop mate

unfortunately yes i have.

i purchased a piece of fish from "Weis Backdoor" the takeaway outlet for Weis Resturant in Toowoomba

the fish i ordered was Gourmet Fish of the Day

one bite nearly had me ejecting my plumbing out though my mouth

took it back into the store and told them something was wrong with the fish

they looked at it and said noting could be wrong with it as it was fresh that morning

i asked what fish it was and was informed in a happy smiling manner that it was imported basa.

i asked if the next days Gourmet fish of the day would be toad fish

i was refunded my money and asked to leave the store

Panga is the original name for it.

"Panga is industrially farmed in Vietnam along the Mekong River which is apparently one of the most polluted rivers in the world resulting in fish that contains high levels of bacteria; namely arsenic, industrial effluents and toxic and hazardous by-products, metal contaminants, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DDT and its metabolites (DDTs), chlordane-related compounds (CHLs), hexachlorocyclohexane isomers (HCHs), and hexachlorobenzene (HCB)."

how i love living in such an upmarket town that can serve this offal as Gourmet
