The email stripped out the www.australianfishing.com.au from the link so just add that to the front of the url or just copy paste the address from the email

No it doesn't. It takes you to http://files/2012_brc_unique_item_print_off_and_place_in_photo.pdf

it just stripped out the www.australianfishing.com.au accidentally (between the http:// and files)

but the correct address is written in the email

No. Every competitor has their own Angler Number.
