Got sick of breaking expensive rods ( 3 in last month)

Saw jarvis walker sensor tip 1 - 4 kg rods on special at dinga for 20 bucks including postage so thought I could break 30 of them and still be in front.

Rod came with a voucher for a pair of Polaroid sunnies and a watch for 10 bucks postage.

Tried out the rod today and I was very impressed with its performance. Not in the same class as a gunslinger or loomis but still very good.Handled 45cm bass no worries at all.

Bass were slow at first and we had to look for them but ended up in old location and scored 47 before running out of bait.

Your rod needs a bit of grunt when fishing in the timber as plenty fo snags under the surface. Hate to estimate how many fish lost to the snags.

I've been using a abu muscle tip for bait fishing for bass. You forget that glass rods do actually catch fish quite well!

After fighting that 60cm+ on fri and a good day yesterday I need a day off today. I'll have to get down to hinze though before my permit runs out. I got 9 bass on $5 lures on fri so you are right Ray you dont need expensive gear.
