Bit of an update. It’s been 6 months of trying to get cash back. I’ve scraped back $200 of what he owes me. His dad runs cape Moreton charters. I’m trying to track down the details of his old boy to put me in contact. I know he leaves manly boat harbour early in the morning.  I was thinking about going there early one morning and raising hell for them

I'm not sure if you are talking about "raising hell" for the dude who owes you money or his father? Which one (or both) is leaving manly boat harbour early?

I would assume this bloke has been a pain in his old man's proverbial for years. 

Talk of severe drug addiction etc.

For anyone still trying to get a refund from Dean, I'm filing with QCAT. Not sure how it will turn out but if I can at least get him to court that would be a start.

Is any one here willing to help  me by filling out an affidavit as to thier experence with Dean as far as booking cancellations and not refunding money? I have no problems in reciprocating for anyone who is going to do the same as myself.

It didn't affect me personally but all the complaints from people on this site surely there's a few would come forward.

Lucky I'm not a magistrate, I'd give those grubs 5 years for that sort of thing.
