Yeap this is just based on the email rego's I have got. I need these official rego's for insurance reasons. Hopefully we will get more. Its running at a significant financial loss so far due to several issues, but we are not to worried as its got good potential for growth. Plus its going to be awesome fun

We may have to review the points system though as in all seriousness if NSW dont get some more rego's QLD will win by default.

We were planning on scoring it something along the lines of:

Each Category would be worth 6 points.

1st Place in a category: 3 Points.

2nd Place in a category: 2 Points.

3rd Place in a category: 1 Point.

However if the numbers are so lop sided it could be tough.

Were are you all welshmen?

Why not just pro rata the points scores eg...total team points divided by 15 vs total team points divided by 6.

there will be another queenslander when i decide whether the eldest boy or girl or sticky is fishing the adult section of the comp. and 4 under 12 kids i will enter the over 12 will only be 1 or 2 or mum,depends who is nice to me and who sh*ts me off.they got to the 10th May 2009 to impress me.

I did offer the Mexicans my nanna to captain their team, she had her zimmer frame pimped up with floaties, scotty rod holders, a fish finder and a pocket full of prawns, but no they were too proud to accept the help of a kindly old lady. For a mere 1 1/2 hours South I would suggest a pre fish for the QLDers. Its a nice river but can require some sussing out.

Hey Angus, Any chance of slipping the usernames beside the real names sometime before the event ?

I spoke to the Ferry Reserve camp site and there are still a few sites but booking fast. Just throwing it out there!!

Angus, I can't make the Friday due to work. (Scheduled onto a rather large job) So I'll only be there overnight, and I'm pretty sure (for the most part) I'll be too intoxicated to care about needing any form of shelter. I'm sure a sleeping bag on the ground near someones campsite would be ok:P

Mate thats fine with me but just be aware the camp site manager my not approve. They are quite specific with how many people are booking into each site from my experience with them over the phone.

i had a chat with the park and it ok for more to come on my site .

cost is 12 adult ,6 kid a night,payed to the park.

i told them when booking i mite have more or less people.

so as long as u chat to them and pay i think it will be ok.

i mean they won't want 15 guys on 1 site but if u only have 2 people a third person added should be ok.

Starting to look pretty healthy numbers wise.! Glad to see there are plenty of other Queenslanders to catch the fish I reckon most of my weekend will be spent on 2 activities, trying to stop the kids killing each other and trying to kill them myself!
