anyone getting Tailor

Just interested if anyones gettin into the tailor gunna try tomorrow night in a gutter somewhere down the coast or if thats no good in the inside of straddie

Caught one last night at raby bay from a rock wall, only went 20cm though

At raby bay, the beach things produce some tailor for me .. recently, (about 2 weeks ago)i have only tried once for them there this season but caught 3 or 4 with half pillie on gangs. biggest was close to 40cm so not huge. Also caught a nice tailor on the tinnie out from cleveland on a little strip of squid.

just got back from a weekend at caba

got a few on the south side of the the sand pumping jetty south of the tweed

fishing like 5m away from it

fellas next to us were pulling loads of em in

i only got one or 2 before i ran outta bait though

caught lots of tailor 2 mondays ago at mud island drifting.55cm was the bigest. there also a few off the rock walls of wave break island early morning using unwieghted whole pillies.

some good gutters forming down the coast gunna try tom night if weather is okay the weather was so crap last weekend it was un fishable gunna throw a few pillies in see whats about or if the weather is crap might go in boat around straddie broadwater anyone no if the deep hole is still there

went down to the coast last night trolled round with lazer lures and caught 30 tailor in an hour, the tailor came on just on dark and were very thick, got choppers on the lures then fished with bait for some bigger ones but they seemed to go off the bite probably would of come back on towards the top and turn of the tide but decided to bail since high tide was late
