I'll probably be out there in the yak for a couple of hours sunday morning. I was going to take the boat but SWMBO has decided she is doing something sunday, not worth taking the boat for only 2 or 3 hours.

2 or 3 hrs on the water time i call good .if that includes travel mose well stay home i reckon.

SWMBO just got called in for a 5pm start, they cant work her more than 12 hours, so might get an extra hour or two, still taking the yak. Cant be bothered topping up the batteries in the boat!

looked back through the catch cards today and they were shocking, 1,1,nil,1,nil,2,nil,etc etc this time of year there should be heaps of fish caught.

Told Hulk in the other thread you bunch'd give him a hand if he showed up with his new yak! I might be there at opening time, or I might not. I'll try to be just to have a yarn. Although I may wait until shooting light before heading off.

With the weather the way it is and the bass having a bit of a sook, I'm heading over to Recliffe instead, nice and early with my little man to harras some bream and maybe find a lizard or two.

For those going bassin' .....tight lines.

Ended up getting four today high 30 to low 40cms, fished from 10am till 4:30 and did not get our first fish till probably 3 o clock. Caught them all from a very different spot than usual, Dino it was where the kayaker was sitting this morning. All fish caught on shrimp.
