whats everyone doing labour day public holiday?

hey just wondering what everyone is doing on the labour day public holiday on monday... wheres everyone going fishing???

At the moment i hope to Kayaking Ewan Maddock Dam.

Dunno if I'll be marching or not this year. My mob are at the back this time round (we lead it last year). All the free grog and food will be gone by the time I get to the show grounds (back of march is about 3 hours behind the front runners)

No does not worry me - not fair on the kids to make them stand around for 3 or 4 hours then not get a drink or feed. Also there are so many that march the show grounds gets very very crowded, and the risk if losing the kids is real!

Besides which if Kevin Crudd is there I might just get arrested if I got my hands on the little worm!

this might seem a little stupid.. but when is labour day? monday the 7th?

i have two full time casual jobs so, weekday, week end, public holiday.. they're all work days and i get confused...

I'm thinking of a night session on Friday. Start at about 4pm at Coomera and fish the sunset and depending on the action might see if I can stick it out till sunrise.
