Does anyone have a hummingbird sounder with down imaging facility and are they any good.

loving it!! bit fiddly to use and plenty of functions which i haven't figured out but was picking up arches and trees all weekend which didn't come up clearly on the normal screen.

which model have you got then Eug, is it an add on unit or is it built in to the main unit.

798 all built into the main unit with the side imaging included and gps, only needs one transducer and one power supply. only just started using it this weekend past so i could probably get more detail/functions out of it but pretty good straight out of the box.

problem is that you find all the fish but can't entice them. fished plenty of our old spots but also found many which i would have otherwise driven past with my old black and white sounder.
