i looked at it last night right at the peak of the downpour..i honestly though my comp was freaking out. So much blue and orange at the time. Great to see the rains. Wonder what the effect will be on the fishing....??

that's the downside. I've always found that rain puts salt water fish off the bite especially in esturies. If this is the start of a wet season then we might have to say goodbye to the decent fishing the Brissie river has been producing. Then again, when I lived up in CQ some blokes reckoned that the rain could make the Blue Salmon go on the bite. If my memory serves me correctly I caught a couple of big ones in the Rockhampton (Fitzroy River) after a bit of rain.

hopefully the dams get alot of this rain I'm not worried about water for around the house just hope it makes the bass fishing better
