It's on yer jig (no exp needed!), how to kill it, prepare it, & precise cooking instructions.

Kev, don`t forget spices in cooking were utilised in the days of no refridgeration to mask the taste and smell of rancid meats, the more spiced the more the meat was off. :sick: ,so our Aussie taste buds must have evolved more :whistle: so as to appreciate the meal and not the camouflage :):lol::lol:
