Here i was fishing minding my own business and there i saw a couple of yaks on there way. Bumped into

Lee and Paul:) . They had a camera so they will post a couple of pix for sure. I only caught a couple but this was my trophy for my efforts.

no tuna or birds working while i was there, but Lee did talk with another man in a yak that looked like he came from Morton so lee might have some more information on that.

Confidence on 30lb braid plastic man, but still steady as she goes bringing it in.

Altho saying that, I have a plumber friend down the road and he dropped in last night to show off with a corker of a snapper caught southern end of bay. Would have been 80cm and bugger me, he caught it loaded with old blood worm and mullet gut!

Where abouts on bribie do you fish?

Do you know if the little lagoons along the beach are worth fishing in? I went for a drive today along the beach and noticed some movement in the lagoons, but couldn't get a bite to save me.

Brian, quiet a number were caught on sp's, I even caught a flounder and a lizard on em this morning.

Hilux, I fish all round Bribie, mostly in the passage. I know the lagoons you mention but have better places to throw a line.

i haven't been to bribie since i was a kid, was gonna go for the fourby mission to mt mee but my mate suggested beach driving.

while we were there sussed out the little camp spots along the beach, would love to go camping there and have a crack with the surf rod.

good stuff master I ended up with 5 legal squire the biggest going over 55cm Ill post a report shortly with some pics.
