Whiting Ceviche Recipe please...

Hello chaps!

I am DEFINTELY going to catch some Whiting tomorrow and am interested in cooking it "Ceviche" stylee, IE with lime juice etc. I've Googled and found a few finicky recipes. I want it spicy (chillis) and not bothered about the green stuff! Any ideas, or any "not the norm" Whiting recipes much appreciated! (And a fine ($6!) wine choice....)
